The Chingford Photographic Society meet at Friday Hill House on Monday evenings from 8-10pm. The evenings are of photographic talks, members competitions for prints (colour and monochrome - home or trade produced from film or digital originals). They also take part in competitions against other photographic societies.
On some Friday evenings they organise practical events, such as portraiture using their own studio electronic flash, print finishing and mounting, and help in producing audio-visual sequences.
They also have our own dark room and equipment and use both chemical and digital printing and their members have a wide range of interests and experience and are always willing to share these.
If you are interested in photography go along and join them, new members are always welcome.
